Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Multilingual Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.

Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, phone, text, and social media while creating memorable service interactions.
  2. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, aligning with our company voice and brand standards.
  3. Build a thorough understanding of assigned brands' products, procedures, and resolutions.
  4. Collaborate with team members to provide support, answer questions, present customer insights, and trends.
Requirements:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. At least 12 months of contact center experience within the last 2 years.
  3. Ability to speak, read, and write in both Spanish and English.
  4. Minimum 1 year work experience as Spanish Bilingual in BPO or customer service industry.
  5. Language proficiency at level B2.
  6. For non-native speakers, valid language certification required.
  7. For foreign nationals, Permanent Residence Identification (PR ID) necessary.
  8. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices; Salesforce experience preferred.
  9. Preferably with experience working remotely.
  10. Ability to see, talk, and hear to communicate with others.
  11. Capacity to perform job duties while sitting and/or standing for prolonged periods.
