We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving their concerns effectively and efficiently.

The duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Manage inbound and outbound calls
  2. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  3. Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open communication
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction
  5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update customer accounts accordingly

The qualifications for this role include:

  • At least 1-year proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM and VoIP
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
  • Proactive & confident with keen attention to details
