HR Operations Support Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to support our HR Partner & Delivery team in delivering process design and re-engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities will include providing operations support services, including record/documentation maintenance, storage, and retrieval of records.

Effective communication skills, ability to work in an agile environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will also have the ability to think critically and creatively.

This role will report to the Head of Process Design and Re-engineering and will play a key part in ensuring that the employee and manager experience is foremost in the design thinking.

The successful candidate will be empowered to make informed decisions and manage their financial well-being to help plan for their future.
