About the Role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies to support business expansion, employee engagement, and cultural alignment across diverse teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational planning, workforce design, change management, and talent development.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee productivity, job satisfaction, and professional development through performance management frameworks, leadership development programs, and training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, health and safety regulations, and industry-specific requirements across all operating locations.
  • Promote a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee well-being by fostering open communication, collaboration, and respect among team members.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve employment-related legal issues, regulatory challenges, or disputes in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Streamline HR processes through automation and the effective use of HR technologies.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a BPO or high-volume service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, with experience managing global or regional HR functions.
  • Proven track record in talent development, organizational design, and culture-building.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, UKG) and data-driven decision-making.
