Job Description

This role provides first-level HR support to the Human Resources function in our organization. The primary responsibilities include answering telephone calls, written enquiries, data management, policy interpretation, and employee systems training.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in providing feedback on current processes and procedures to create better customer outcomes.
  2. Offer interpretation and advice to the business regarding policies, process, and procedures.
  3. Manage the operation of a service center that handles payroll, benefits, HR policies, timekeeping, and payroll adjustments.
  4. Handle global human resources enquiries efficiently.
  5. Evaluate timely delivery of work and processes by supporting client SLAs and KPI adherence.

Required Education

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.


Required Experience

A minimum of 1 year relevant experience is required for this position.


Preferred Competencies/Skills
  • Intermediate PC and administration skills are necessary.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to review and interpret data is required.
  • Conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary.

Preferred Knowledge
  • Understanding of basic HR policies and end-to-end HR processes is preferred.
  • Knowledge of relevant HR laws and regulations is beneficial.
