Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Assistant to join our team. As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

About the Job:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, conducting interviews, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.

  • Process payroll by collecting time and attendance records and resolving any payroll errors.

  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews and monitor the status of each employee.

  • Perform orientations for newly hired employees.

  • Organize and maintain employee files.

  • Process government-mandated benefits.

  • Issue memos and other disciplinary actions to employees.

  • Provide other HR support as needed by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in computer applications such as email, MS Office, and related business tools.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Resides near Tondo, Manila.

  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
