In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for customer support tickets, ensuring timely updates and effective issue resolution. You will also collaborate with utility clients to deliver exceptional outcomes and provide after-hours/holiday support when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of SQL, production environments, and client support.
  • Experience with Linux OS support and network administration.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
