Job Summary

A Support Engineer plays a pivotal role in resolving customer issues in a timely and accurate manner.

  • This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, equipment support, and application/system maintenance activities.
Main Responsibilities

Technical Queries: Assist customer-facing teams with technical training and documentation.

Second-Level Support: Provide technical assistance and resolution to customers via phone and email.

Ticket and SLA Management: Manage tickets and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
