Delinquency Resolution Specialist | WFH

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delinquency Resolution Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about resolving customer delinquencies and providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively managing delinquent accounts, contacting customers to secure payments, negotiating repayment terms, and maintaining precise account records. They will also be required to follow established guidelines to recommend appropriate collection remedies and explain delinquency consequences to customers.

This role requires strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years collections experience, with no more than a 3-month gap in recent employment. Experience managing 120+ days delinquent accounts and BPO experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers via phone or email to resolve past-due accounts and secure payments
  • Determine reasons for delinquency and negotiate payment plans or full settlements
  • Update customer accounts accurately using CRM tools
  • Follow established guidelines to recommend appropriate collection remedies
  • Explain delinquency consequences and develop repayment schedules
