Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

The Technical Support Specialist plays a critical role in delivering high-quality technical support by resolving complex hardware and software issues. This role involves deploying new or replacement IT equipment in alignment with company standards and adhering to ITIL framework principles for effective incident and service request management.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide troubleshooting and resolution for complex end-user hardware and software issues
  • Manage endpoint configurations for multiple devices and ensure security compliance
  • Conduct research to develop innovative solutions for uncommon technical problems
  • Assist with deploying new or replacement IT equipment based on company standards
  • Adhere to ITIL framework principles in incident and service request management
Requirements:
  • Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, including experience with computer hardware, software, and peripherals
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CompTIA A+
  • CompTIA Network+
