
Sales Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for targeting inbound inquiries and qualifying warm leads for our hospitality clients. Your primary focus will be on engaging and qualifying leads through phone, email, chat, and other channels.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about business development and has experience in selling across multiple channels. You will have the chance to work closely with our marketing team to follow up on campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality and effectiveness.
About the Role- Target inbound inquiries and qualify warm leads for our hospitality clients
- Engage and qualify leads through phone, email, chat, and other channels
- Work closely with our marketing team to follow up on campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality and effectiveness
- Proven experience selling across multiple channels (phone, email, social) and using varied sales processes
- A previous business-to-business sales background engaging with SMBs, ideally within the hospitality industry
- Strong track record in qualifying leads and building a healthy sales pipeline
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce
