Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic sales professional to join our business development team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and helping build our sales pipeline.

This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates with some experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles. The successful candidate will work closely with our Business Development Manager and play a vital role in driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social platforms to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to set appointments for the Business Development Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and prospects in our CRM system.
  • Research target markets and identify potential clients to expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align on campaigns and drive results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a goal-driven mindset and strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Apollo.
  • Basic understanding of the sales funnel and B2B sales process.
