Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated EUC Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing technical support and solutions for various IT issues.
  • Ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) for Help Topics.
  • Gathering essential data before escalating issues.
  • Monitoring server notification emails and responding promptly.
  • Documenting support-related processes and procedures with precision.
  • Installing and administering network equipment, including routers, gateways, switches, access points, wireless controllers, printers, IP phones, etc.
  • Performing server hardware and software installations and configurations.
  • Managing Network Management System (NMS) monitoring and alerts with precision.
  • Conducting daily and quarterly network and system maintenance.
  • Demonstrating expertise in system log management and handling system backup/restore, replication, and migration.
  • Crafting basic scripts for system automation and integration (PHP/Perl/Bash/Python).
  • Conducting basic to intermediate-level application testing and reporting bugs.
  • Executing scheduled hardware maintenance to keep the machines running smoothly.
  • Managing Incident Reports with leadership and providing weekly IT-related project and issue reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in IT or related discipline, open for Fresh Graduates.
  • Preferably CISCO certified or holds any IT-related certifications.
  • 1+ years of experience in an IT-related field preferable but not required.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with strong knowledge of network or dialer equipment.
  • Proficient in Windows Operating System and Windows server applications.
  • Knowledgeable in patch management, firewalls, proxy, etc.
  • Experience with Linux, VPN, and SQL Database administration.
  • Proficient in server-side scripting (PHP/Perl/Bash/Python).
  • Experience collaborating with 3rd party service providers.
  • Strong logic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
