**Job Title:** EUC Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated EUC Support Specialist to join our team. As an EUC Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing innovative IT support and maintaining seamless infrastructure in a global contact center environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing innovative solutions and support for various IT issues.
  2. Ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Help Topics.
  3. Gathering essential data before escalating issues.
  4. Monitoring server notification emails and responding promptly.
  5. Documenting support-related processes and procedures.
  6. Installing and administering network equipment including routers, gateways, switches, access points, wireless controllers, printers, and IP phones.
  7. Performing server hardware and software installations and configurations.
  8. Managing Network Management System (NMS) monitoring and alerts.
  9. Conducting daily and quarterly network and system maintenance.
  10. Managing system log, backup/restore, replication, and migration.
  11. Creating basic scripts for system automation and integration (PHP/Perl/Bash/Python).
  12. Conducting basic to intermediate application testing and reporting bugs.
  13. Executing scheduled hardware maintenance.
  14. Managing Incident Reports and providing weekly IT-related project and issue reports.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in IT or a related discipline.
  • Preferably CISCO certified or holding any IT-related certifications.
  • 1+ years of experience in an IT-related field preferred but not required.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with strong knowledge of network or dialer equipment.
  • Proficient in Windows Operating System and Windows server applications.
  • Knowledgeable in patch management, firewalls, proxy, etc.
  • Experience with Linux, VPN, and SQL Database administration.
  • Proficient in server-side scripting (PHP/Perl/Bash/Python).
  • Experience collaborating with 3rd party service providers.
  • Strong logic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
