We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Solution Developer to join our team.

About the Role

The role involves developing financial solutions within NetSuite to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and data reliability of business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure NetSuite's financial modules, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets, to match company practices and reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with business and program owners to improve processes through NetSuite solutions.
  • Develop and optimize financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs within NetSuite, supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Manage and enhance automated processes in a heavily customized NetSuite environment.
  • Document all NetSuite processes, scripts, and workflows.
  • Work with business and technology teams to recommend and design process improvements.
  • Oversee the implementation lifecycle of NetSuite-based solutions, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Identify and implement financial process improvements, automating operations to reduce manual effort and errors.
  • Train users on NetSuite features and applications.
  • Troubleshoot issues collaboratively across teams.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with NetSuite financial modules.
  • Understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and NetSuite records.
  • Prior experience in consulting, system implementation, or managed services related to NetSuite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Able to explain complex technical concepts in business terms.
  • Team player, effective across all organizational levels.
