• Lead NetSuite implementation projects focusing on Revenue Recognition (ARM) and workflow automation.
• Configure NetSuite Revenue Recognition settings to align with client accounting practices and GAAP standards.
• Design, build, and optimize custom workflows to automate approval processes, financial operations, and reporting tasks.
• Analyze client accounting processes and recommend NetSuite solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Manage data migration activities, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation of financial data.
• Create user documentation, workflow guides, and training materials tailored to client needs.
• Deliver client training sessions to ensure effective adoption of revenue and workflow functionalities.
• Provide hands-on support during go-live and initial reporting periods, including reconciliations and financial transaction validation.
• Address post-implementation issues related to revenue recognition and workflows, ensuring system stability and accuracy.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with strong knowledge of GAAP across diverse industries.
• Proven track record managing NetSuite implementation projects, with hands-on expertise in Revenue Recognition (ARM) and workflow creation/management.
• Proficient in NetSuite configuration, saved searches, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research accounting issues, draw logical conclusions, and apply solutions effectively.
• Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills; able to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
