Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review internal financial reports with accuracy and timeliness.

• Oversee daily accounting transactions, ensuring accurate classification and
entry.

• Develop and implement best practices for reconciliations, expense tracking, and
documentation.

• Manage and maintain the fixed asset register, depreciation schedules, and
asset tagging.

• Handle tax compliance including VAT, withholding tax filings, and local statutory
requirements.

• Support cash flow monitoring, bank reconciliations, and coordination with
treasury on funding needs.

• Evaluate and enhance existing accounting procedures and internal control
systems.

• Lead accounting system configuration and provide software support within the
team (e.g., SAP, NetSuite).

• Supervise junior accountants and assistants, ensuring high-quality outputs and
workflow efficiency.

• Resolve complex accounting issues such as intercompany transactions,
accruals, and adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required).

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or
enterprise setting.

• Strong understanding of local tax laws, audits, and statutory compliance
requirements.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise accounting
systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar platforms).

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage
multiple priorities.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
