Job Title: Expert HR Solutions Developer

We are looking for a talented professional to join our team as an Expert HR Solutions Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions to improve the employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and deliver high volume, time-sensitive Tier II HR cases from clients in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Partner with key stakeholders to deliver cyclical activities, supporting process improvements and problem-solving.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, supporting maintenance, audits, and security within HR technology, including mass loads, cyclical audits, data integrity activities, security access, and escalated transaction support.
  • Perform and understand global audits, recommend new audits to maximize data integrity, and provide recommendations.
  • Identify trends and suggest process improvements to enhance effectiveness, service quality, data accuracy, and global compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of Workday system administration experience or similar HRIS system.
  • Amenability to hybrid work setup and mid-shift schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in JIRA/Salesforce or Cornerstone.
  • Workday Security Administration experience is an advantage.
