As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and monitoring the performance of assigned agents to ensure key performance indicators are consistently met or exceeded.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to help them succeed in their roles.
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing personalized guidance to help team members grow professionally.
- Implementing strategies to promote a positive, supportive, and high-performance culture within the team.
- A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with support tools like G Suite, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Gorgias.
- Proven analytical skills to create, interpret, and act on performance reports.
- Ability to assess team well-being and provide support where needed.

Full-time position, Monday to Friday | US PST Time Zone.
- Personal computer with at least an i5 processor (or equivalent).
