Strategic Business Development Specialist

Job Overview

This role involves driving business growth through strategic planning, client acquisition, and sales strategy execution.

Responsibilities
  • Capture new business opportunities through effective lead generation and client engagement
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to meet customer needs
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 22-30 years old
  • Pleasing personality with height as an advantage
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the HMO industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is advantageous
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
