Strategic Business Development Specialist
Job OverviewThis role involves driving business growth through strategic planning, client acquisition, and sales strategy execution.
Responsibilities- Capture new business opportunities through effective lead generation and client engagement
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to meet customer needs
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 22-30 years old
- Pleasing personality with height as an advantage
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the HMO industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is advantageous
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
