We are looking for a Customer Care Team Leader, a position focused on Subscription and Loyalty to drive sales growth and enhance customer retention by providing leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to the teams.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • A strong grasp of the English language, including spoken and written
  • Good problem-solving skills and confidence when facing challenges to ensure we provide excellence in customer experience
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills; positive work attitude
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
