Growth Manager

WFH / remote option – Must be Philippines based

Client is hiring an experienced Growth Manager with a proven track record in driving business growth through sales, lead generation, and marketing automation.

Lead growth strategies & team. Utilize all technology, automation and ai tools to optimize lead generation strategies across multiple service sectors. Optimize conversion of an existing very strong client base and leads pipeline. A strong background in using tech to create impactful marketing processes and results is essential.

An entrepreneurial mindset is required. You will work closely with CEO and be part of the innovation committee, always focused on creating efficient & productive ways to improve "how we do things" today.

The ideal candidate will be strategic with tools like Active Campaign, adept at managing and editing websites, and experienced in CRM management to optimize customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

  • Identify and test new channels, tools, and tactics for scalable growth.

  • Implement and manage lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Build and manage sales funnels to convert leads into customers.

  • Design, implement, and optimize automated email campaigns using Active Campaign.

  • Segment audiences and personalize email sequences to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

  • Oversee company websites, ensuring content is current, relevant, and aligned with growth objectives.

  • Edit and update website content using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).

  • Maintain and optimize the CRM system to support sales and marketing initiatives.

  • Ensure accurate data tracking, reporting, and automation workflows.

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs related to growth, sales, and marketing campaigns.

  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a growth-focused role

  • Strong background in sales & lead generation.

  • Utilizing technology, automation and ai to optimize outreach strategies

  • SaaS background, optimizing growth strategies for brand awareness, lead generation and optimizing existing pipeline

  • Hands-on experience with Active Campaign or similar email automation tools.

  • Website management and editing skills (preferably WordPress).

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).

  • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and product teams.
