Key Responsibilities:
  • Websites & Product Merchandising (Shopify):
    • Manage and optimize product display pages to ensure accurate content, strong SEO, and conversion-forward design.
    • Oversee homepage, navigation, and seasonal merchandising updates.
  • Content & Blog:
    • Publish blog content regularly and collaborate on ideas to tie site content to brand campaigns and seasonal storytelling.
    • Update and publish blog content that ties site content to brand campaigns and seasonal storytelling.
  • Analytics & Optimization:
    • Monitor Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics performance metrics, such as site health, average order value, conversion rates, and bounce rates.
    • Track and report on these metrics to make actionable recommendations for improvement and customer experience.
  • Email & SMS Marketing (Klaviyo):
    • Grow revenue through email and SMS marketing by building, optimizing, and testing flows for welcome, post-purchase, abandoned cart, and win back campaigns.
    • Manage email and SMS marketing calendars to execute beautifully branded, high-performing emails.
  • Team Liaison:
    • Communicate clearly with the offshore development team to troubleshoot bugs and implement technical updates.
    • Act as point person for e-commerce operations questions within the team.
