High-Performing Paid Social Specialist

As a Paid Social Media Specialist in E-commerce, you will play a pivotal role in executing client campaigns to meet their goals and strategies.

Our ideal candidate has experience with setup and daily management of paid social campaigns across various platforms, including Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat. They will also be responsible for collaborating with other team members to identify new audiences, messaging, and creative concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement paid social media strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns to meet specific KPIs (MER, CAC, CPA, ROAS, CLTV).
  • Contribute to channel-specific ad creative ideation, strategy, and testing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. Any digital marketing certification is an advantage.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in Meta/Facebook Ads, with any other platform a plus.
  • Prior in-house experience in the ecommerce realm.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Magento, Big Commerce.
  • Solid grasp of ecommerce and digital marketing terminologies.
  • Basic experience with budget management across campaigns.
  • Proactive problem-solving aptitude paired with effective project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • A burning passion for mastering performance marketing and elevating ecommerce brands.
