Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Ecommerce Specialist/Digital Marketer to manage our online sales platforms and develop digital marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic and conversions to our ecommerce site, with a strong understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing best practices.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ecommerce Management: Manage and optimize our ecommerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales across various channels.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling and high-quality content for product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and product listings for search engines.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience on our ecommerce platforms.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Ecommerce Specialist or Digital Marketer.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
