Job Title: Ecommerce Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy specialist with hands-on experience in marketplace management, SEO, and AI-powered tools. This role requires a blend of operations knowledge and advanced digital marketing strategies, including leveraging AI for competitive SEO performance.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and committed to maximizing product visibility across all sales channels. Key responsibilities include creating and optimizing product listings on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other platforms using AI tools where applicable.

Ongoing tasks include analyzing website data and marketplace trends to enhance product positioning and performance. Additional duties involve maintaining and growing marketplace operations, including inventory updates, shipping compliance, and promotional planning.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience managing e-commerce operations across Amazon, eBay, and Shopify
  • Proven track record in SEO strategy and execution, including familiarity with AI tools
  • Working knowledge of Google's SEO content policies and AI compliance best practices
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to generate AI-powered product copy

A strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and marketplace tools is required. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Additionally, proficiency in languages like Python or Java would be an advantage.
