About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Project Manager to lead ecommerce projects that elevate clients' online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Liaison: Engage with clients to understand their ecommerce needs and document requirements
  • Project Coordinator: Develop and manage detailed project plans in Asana, outlining tasks, timelines, and responsibilities
  • Task Translator: Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development and design teams
  • Timeline Manager: Develop and communicate project timelines to clients, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and deadlines
  • Proactive Communicator: Follow up with clients to obtain necessary information and materials, addressing any delays or issues promptly
  • Quality Assurance Specialist: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and maintain high-quality standards
Requirements:
  • eCommerce Expertise: Extensive experience managing ecommerce projects, with a deep understanding of online retail operations
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Technical Skills: Skilled in using Asana, Google Drive, and other project management platforms
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing client expectations and relationships
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to anticipate potential issues and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track
