We're seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this remote role, you'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, crafting seamless candidate experiences and ensuring exceptional employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier talent.
  • Utilize cutting-edge applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Workable to streamline the hiring process and deliver data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to design engaging job descriptions and define role requirements.
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and outreach initiatives.
  • Coordinate offer processes with our Legal Team to ensure seamless onboarding.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support new hires' onboarding to foster a welcoming and inclusive culture.
  • Manage and update employee records using HR tools like Rippling or similar systems.
  • Cultivate performance management processes, including regular reviews and feedback.
  • Contribute to other HR initiatives as needed, driving business growth through people-centric strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms; familiarity with Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement.
