Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Support Specialist & Client Engagement Officer to join our growing legal team. This role is primarily focused on sales and client conversion, helping the firm retain and convert more leads. The successful candidate will also assist in cold outreach and client relationship management, playing a key role in ensuring minimal client drop-off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support lawyers during online consultations to ensure a smooth session and clearly understand client needs.
  • Prepare accurate and professional consultation summaries and meeting recordings promptly after each session.
  • Help lawyers maintain strong follow-up by ensuring all client queries are addressed and no leads go cold.

Additional Tasks: Assist with marketing materials creation, including articles, presentations, and social media content.

Requirements:
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
  • Naturally good with people - able to communicate clearly and warmly with clients and colleagues.
  • Prior experience in sales, client service, or lead generation preferred.
  • Ability to handle cold calls confidently and professionally.
  • Someone with good common sense and the ability to exercise sound judgment in daily tasks.
  • Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
  • Comfortable working independently without micromanagement.
  • Confident using computers and digital systems in a professional setting.
  • Competent with typing, basic word processing, and navigating cloud-based tools.
Work Arrangement:

This is a remote role that will be set up via an Employer of Record (EOR) service. Successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Be available for meetings and collaboration during core business hours.
