
Senior Client Engagement Manager

The dedicated Service Delivery Manager will oversee single, larger client engagements. This role involves managing service operations for the exclusive engagement that provides business and/or technology-related services.
As an escalation point, you will work with team-specific leadership and stakeholders to ensure Success Factors are clearly defined and that teams perform at or above those stated standards. You will also work with team leadership and stakeholders to ensure work elements are being accurately captured, tracked, measured and reported to internal and external points of contact.
A key aspect of this role is working with team leadership and the Global Services Coordinator to monitor and manage queues, communicate recommendations to onshore stakeholders regarding changes in work volumes, potential overtime needs, shifting schedules, and resource management requirements.
Core Responsibilities Include:- Managing overall team and team member performance
- Conducting 1:1 and team meetings as necessary
- Following the performance evaluation process, including six-month new employee regularization and annual performance reviews
- Working with the Director of Global Services and other company stakeholders to develop and manage operating budgets
- Participating in recruitment, hiring, performance improvement plans, and separation activities
- A dedicated Service Delivery Manager with experience in overseeing single, larger client engagements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with team-specific leadership and stakeholders
