Our organization seeks an experienced Commercial Director to spearhead our strategic initiatives and manage key client relationships.

About the Role

This position involves driving commercial growth, building cross-functional relationships with clients, and exceeding revenue targets. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our business strategy, identifying new sales opportunities, and developing proactive customer campaigns.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive commercial growth and exceed annual revenue targets.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Market Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs, informing our business strategy.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that address client challenges and contribute to our overall business growth strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in senior account management or director-level roles.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead high-performing teams and make high-impact decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in Business or Food Science preferred.
