Inside Sales Representative

This role supports customer engagement, processes transactions, and follows up on opportunities to deliver an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Support customers using our platform, assisting with orders, product availability, pricing, order status, and delivery tracking
  • Process sales transactions and enter data accurately in CRM and ERP systems
  • Follow up on leads, quote requests (RFQs), and web inquiries to help convert interest into business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative support related to sales transactions
Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related B2B role
  • Excellent communication skills in English — both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Tech-savvy and able to support customers using digital tools and e-commerce systems
