Job Summary

This role reports directly to the Back Office Manager and is responsible for facilitating initiatives and addressing concerns related to Human Resources, Administration, IT, and Accounting. The position supports the development and implementation of programs and policies aligned with business and corporate goals.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong knowledge on labor laws and HR practices. Familiarity with PEZA reporting and compliance is an advantage. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) and AI tools is required.

We are looking for a mid-senior level administrative professional with at least 5 years of experience in supervisory and leadership roles. If you possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field, and are passionate about delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.
