About the Role:We are seeking a results-driven Sales Growth Manager to spearhead our sales strategy in assigned markets. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement and monitor business unit sales strategies.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and track Business Unit sales strategies in assigned markets.
- Promote and expand the sales of trucks and buses from the Business Unit towards independent dealers.
- Coach and support independent dealers within the area of sales.
- Provide general business assistance to independent dealers within the area of sales.
- Proven knowledge and experience of Scania's commercial operations.
- Strong familiarity with Scania's product portfolio.
- Customer-centric approach with a commercial mindset.
- Previous experience working in or with emerging markets is highly advantageous.
- Cultural adaptability, humility, and a calm demeanor.
The geographical base of this role is flexible and decided on a case-by-case basis. However, preferably in or near Southeast Asia. A key factor for success in this position will be your ability to build relationships across cultures.
