Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Related Work Experience: Previous experience in construction project administration or coordination is desirable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

Documentation Management:

- Ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping of project-related correspondence, changes, and approvals.
Coordination and Communication:
- Facilitate communication between project team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports and updates for internal and external distribution.
Permitting and Compliance:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of construction permits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Track permit statuses and coordinate with relevant authorities to expedite approvals.
Budget and Cost Control:
- Support the Construction Manager in tracking project budgets, expenses, and cost control measures.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records related to construction projects.
Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with the construction team to implement and maintain quality control procedures.
- Ensure that construction activities adhere to project specifications and industry standards.
Schedule Management:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of construction project schedules.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying potential delays and proposing mitigation measures.
Vendor and Supplier Coordination:
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to address issues and ensure project timelines are met.
Safety Compliance:
- Assist in implementing and monitoring safety protocols on construction sites. OSH and DOLE-OSHC guidelines.
- Report and address safety concerns promptly, ensuring a safe working environment for all stakeholders.
