Skillful Construction Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect construction sites to ensure timely completion and compliance with quality control standards
  • Evaluate contractors' progress and cost evaluations to ensure on-time delivery and within budget
  • Review and endorse contractors' billings for timely processing and release of payment
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional departments, stakeholders, and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Cebuano or Bisaya language is preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in construction site management is required
  • Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect is necessary for this role
