We are seeking a highly skilled Site Acquisition Manager to join our team.

This role is critical in managing relationships with key clients and stakeholders involved in the acquisition of sites for expansion projects.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
  • Site Identification and Evaluation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential sites, assessing viability based on client requirements and regulatory considerations.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with property owners, local authorities, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth site acquisition project execution.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on site acquisition progress and challenges to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Site Acquisition/Site Development/Network Expansion/Property and Asset Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Requirements:
  • Willingness to perform field work and report to Head Office when needed.

This is a challenging role that requires excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
