We are seeking a highly skilled Site Acquisition Manager to join our team.
">This role is critical in managing relationships with key clients and stakeholders involved in the acquisition of sites for expansion projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
- Site Identification and Evaluation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential sites, assessing viability based on client requirements and regulatory considerations.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with property owners, local authorities, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth site acquisition project execution.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on site acquisition progress and challenges to senior management and stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Site Acquisition/Site Development/Network Expansion/Property and Asset Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to perform field work and report to Head Office when needed.
This is a challenging role that requires excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
