Job Title: Business Development Executive
At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth from existing customers. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with sales directors and customer success teams to deliver results and identify expansion opportunities for our existing client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to unlock incremental revenue from existing customers.
- Position our organization effectively to win additional revenue from existing customers through strategic business expansion and renewals.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to deliver committed results for our clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients to promote business success.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and engage in solutioning client HR technology needs through new modules and deepen client relationships.
- Actively network and evangelize the company value proposition at industry events and conferences.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client CXOs and define human capital roadmaps for their organizations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or enterprise sales.
- Experience in people advisory or solution-oriented consulting roles is preferred.
- Comfortable with flexible work timings and travel.
- Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions.
- Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with C-level executives and line of business representatives.
