Job Title: Business Development Executive

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth from existing customers. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with sales directors and customer success teams to deliver results and identify expansion opportunities for our existing client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to unlock incremental revenue from existing customers.
  • Position our organization effectively to win additional revenue from existing customers through strategic business expansion and renewals.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to deliver committed results for our clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to promote business success.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and engage in solutioning client HR technology needs through new modules and deepen client relationships.
  • Actively network and evangelize the company value proposition at industry events and conferences.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client CXOs and define human capital roadmaps for their organizations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or enterprise sales.
  • Experience in people advisory or solution-oriented consulting roles is preferred.
  • Comfortable with flexible work timings and travel.
  • Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions.
  • Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with C-level executives and line of business representatives.
