We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager/Office Administrator to oversee daily operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage incoming invoices, submitting them to designated accounting software with ease.
- Collaborate with tenants regarding rent increases, ensuring seamless communication and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate property viewings and assist potential tenants in finding their dream home.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, guaranteeing compliance and efficiency.
- Perform various administrative duties as assigned, adapting to new tools and processes with ease.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of office experience, preferably in a property management or administration role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic software applications.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
