Job Title: Remote Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage various administrative tasks from a home-based setup. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be proficient in spoken and written English, and have the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

The successful candidate will oversee clerical duties, provide outstanding customer service, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. They will also be responsible for managing vendor orders, tracking production schedules, maintaining accurate records, and performing ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.

  • Provide top-notch customer service and display excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Sort and distribute vendor invoices to the billing and accounts payable departments as necessary.

  • Order and track inventory; receive and forward documentation to the sales support team for receipt completion.

  • Monitor order progress from production schedule to delivery date of product(s), utilizing a workflow management system.

  • Manage backorder processes, including identification of backorders and replacement with a comparable product.

  • Reduce accounts receivable aging by implementing effective procedures.

  • Assist clients with administrative tasks and responsibilities.

  • Create and update records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information.

  • Maintain and enter information into databases securely.

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
