About the role

We are seeking an experienced OASIS Quality Assurance Auditor to join Novacare Administrative Solution's (NCAS) OPC' team in Davao City. This full-time position is responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of OASIS documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

What you'll be doing

  1. Thoroughly review OASIS assessments and documentation to identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas of non-compliance
  2. Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to clinical staff to improve the quality of OASIS submissions
  3. Collaborate with the OASIS Coordinator to develop and implement training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of the clinical team
  4. Analyse audit data to identify trends and inform process improvements
  5. Stay up-to-date with changes in OASIS regulations and guidelines
  6. Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for management and regulatory bodies

What we're looking for

  1. Registered nurse, with clinical experience in a hospital, with or w/o QA experience
  2. Strong understanding of OASIS regulations, guidelines, and best practices
  3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in clinical documentation
  4. Proficient in data analysis and report writing
  5. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clinical staff
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
