Gigabrands is seeking a strategic, reliable, and client-obsessed Amazon Brand Manager to oversee accounts from onboarding to growth. The successful candidate will lead client relationships, drive results, and make eCommerce smoother for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead onboarding and manage brand milestones (30/60/90 days)
  • Own client communication, performance reviews, and insight delivery
  • Coordinate internal teams (SEO, Design, Ads) to keep progress on track
  • Resolve client issues through the Amazon Assist Desk and ongoing audits
  • Ensure SOPs are followed for onboarding/offboarding
  • Contribute to quarterly case studies and internal team updates
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in Amazon Seller Central (PPC, flat files, SEO, etc.)
  • 2+ years in client/account management (agency preferred)
  • Clear communicator and proactive problem-solver
  • Fluent in ClickUp, Slack, Zoom—or eager to learn
  • Reliable, thoughtful, and fast-moving under pressure
