Remote Senior Client Advocate Job

  • Create and maintain helpful resources, FAQs, and knowledge bases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of relevant support experience.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
