We are seeking an Account Growth Professional to join our sales team at Scottland Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction by developing and executing sales programs, generating leads, and facilitating the sale of wellness products and services. Your analytical skills and ability to identify business opportunities will enable you to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Develop and execute sales programs that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction, analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform program design.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through targeted marketing campaigns and database analysis, ensuring accurate lead management and conversion.
- Sales Facilitation: Provide exceptional customer service and facilitate the sale of wellness products and services to customers, resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Manage billing and collections for corporate accounts, ensuring prompt payment and minimizing financial discrepancies.
- Business Analysis: Analyze business data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, or any other related field.
- Professional Experience: At least 2 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze business data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Communication Skills: Strong and effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with customers and colleagues.
