About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and success for our sellers.

  • Develop and implement account plans to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Provide training and support to sellers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum two years of experience in key account management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.
  • A high level of confidentiality and integrity, with a strong sense of professionalism.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also being a capable individual contributor.
