Account Growth Strategist

Job Description:
As an Account Growth Strategist at Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc., you will be responsible for developing and executing customized growth strategies for key clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Growth Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Account Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Sales Activity Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Volume Management: Analyze and manage client product volume, logistics, and inventory to optimize sales performance.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential financial risks associated with client accounts.
- Retail Channel Management: Ensure alignment between contract, pricing policy, and product distribution channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development/sales/account management, preferably in display, electronics, technology, B2B products categories.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing market share in assigned territories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to present, persuade, and negotiate with key decision-makers.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Strong business acumen, including financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, including ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
