Are you a driven professional with a passion for creating impactful email campaigns? We seek a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team.
This role involves developing and executing high-impact email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and boost client retention. You will work collaboratively with the marketing, content, and sales teams to create compelling email content, optimize campaign performance, and implement automation strategies that align with business objectives.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, campaign execution, and automation. Your expertise in copywriting, messaging, and email automation workflows is essential to succeed in this role.
In addition to your technical skills, we value excellent project management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and experience working remotely and communicating in a video-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute high-impact email marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and optimize messaging.
- Design and implement automated email workflows to nurture leads and improve retention.
- Leverage A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
- Ensure adherence to best practices in design, deliverability, and compliance.
- Create compelling, error-free email copy that resonates with target audiences.
- Work with designers to enhance email layouts and visual appeal.
- Align email marketing with broader marketing initiatives.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all email communications.
- Maintain customer email lists, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.
- Segment audiences to deliver personalized and relevant email content.
- Track and analyze email campaign performance using key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Generate reports and insights to drive continuous improvements.
- Optimize deliverability and inbox placement with best practices in list hygiene and engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, campaign execution, and automation.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, Pardot, or similar platforms.
- Experience in database management and audience segmentation.
- Strong expertise in copywriting, messaging, and email automation workflows.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, analytics, and deliverability optimization.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience working remotely and communicating in a video-based environment.
