Senior Email Campaign Coordinator

As a highly skilled email marketing professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact email campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and boost client retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and optimize messaging.
- Design and implement automated email workflows to nurture leads and improve retention.
- Leverage A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
- Ensure adherence to best practices in design, deliverability, and compliance.
- Develop compelling, error-free email copy that resonates with target audiences.
- Track and analyze email campaign performance using key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Generate reports and insights to drive continuous improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, campaign execution, and automation.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, Pardot, or similar platforms.
- Experience in database management and audience segmentation.
- Strong expertise in copywriting, messaging, and email automation workflows.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, analytics, and deliverability optimization.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
