As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential leads through various channels to determine their needs and budget.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage with leads to determine their purchase intent and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential leads.
  • CRM Management: Record and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system.
  • Follow-up: Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with potential leads to nurture their interest and move them through the sales funnel.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other lead generation tools.
