
Senior Business Development Manager

This role is responsible for cultivating key client relationships, delivering strategic solutions, and driving business growth. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored business intelligence solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Analyse client operations and recommend business intelligence solutions.
- Deliver projects, lead training sessions, and support successful adoption of business intelligence tools.
- Build long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within accounts.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management, client success, or technology consulting (SaaS/analytics experience a plus).
- Proven ability to manage accounts and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
